Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:

  • Manage and maintain company records, files, and office documentation.
  • Prepare official correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and calendar.
  • Handle office supply procurement and inventory control.
  • Handle shipment procedures, including shipment arrangements, export/import permits, and related documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Attend to renewal of company insurance for employees.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

Finance Duties:

  • Handle full set of account.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Process supplier payments and staff claims accurately and on time.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank transactions (bank reconciliation).
  • Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in audit preparation and submission of tax-related documents.
  • Liaise with Kastam, auditors, tax agent, solicitors, bankers and company secretary to ensure all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirement are compiled.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Administration/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Familiar with SQL System and e-Invoicing have the added advantage.
  • Candidates should be highly motivated, conscientious, a team player and able to work independently with good organizational, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a close attention to detail and accuracy and upholding confidentiality and privacy requirements.
  • Well-versed with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Possess own vehicle and willing to travel.
  • Able to start immediately.
