Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma / Graduate Diploma in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Prior sales experience in IT products is preferred, and knowledge of server, storage, and networking will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT solution sales.
- Ability to generate new business and identify potential opportunities independently, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to promote and sell the company’s suite of products and solutions.
- Good customer service skills with the ability to respond to customer inquiries, arrange appointments, and provide after-sales support.
- Ability to manage sales engagements and handle key account management effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Willingness to travel overseas when needed.
- Own transport is required.

Finance Executive

Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma / Graduate Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred, and knowledge of the IT distribution or solutions industry will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related function.
- Ability to handle full-set accounts independently — accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations — with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare and process payments, invoices, and credit notes accurately and on schedule.
- Good customer and vendor service skills with the ability to respond to billing inquiries, arrange payment schedules, and support after-sales documentation.
- Ability to manage month-end and year-end closing, and handle key account reconciliations effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues to ensure customer and vendor satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Malaysian statutory requirements — SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and LHDN submissions — and experience supporting external audits will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. AutoCount, SQL, QuickBooks, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive working environment.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Professional Certificate, or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in system support, infrastructure, or related technical roles.
Technical & Functional Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users on system, hardware, and software application issues.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure solutions, servers, networks, and related products.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, debug, and resolve technical problems effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain, track, and update all support cases; follow up with clients and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular system health checks, audits, and compliance reviews to ensure systems adhere to guidelines and best practices.
- Support system implementation, deployment, and lifecycle management for customers.
- Provide technical assistance and support to other company locations across Southeast Asia; travel may be required.
- Perform any additional duties required to support users and business operations.
Communication, Presentation & Solutioning Skills
- Able to conduct clear and engaging presentations to customers, internal teams, or management.
- Capable of performing solutioning, including understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable IT solutions.
- Communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal.
Personal Attributes

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possessing a valid driving license and having own transport is an added advantage.

Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Responsive to internal and external customers’ call queries or complaints on sales ordering, addressing concerns and offering solutions.
- Providing sales and administrative support to customers, the sales team, and the technical team.
- Work with internal departments (purchasing, sales, finance & admin) to ensure timely delivery of sales orders.
- Candidates familiar with the SQL Payroll System have the added advantage.
- Must be well versed with the Employment Act.
- Proficient and excellent in communication and writing in English.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in: Laravel (PHP) — REST APIs, Eloquent ORM, Blade, queues Next.js (React) — SSR/SSG, API routes, component-based development Flutter — Dart, widget tree, state management (Bloc / Provider / Riverpod)
- Experience with API integration and microservices concepts.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
