Job Description

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource and Administrative function including recruitment and manpower planning, compensation & benefit
  • To monitor the employee’s attendance and in charge of payroll, monthly statutory submission e.g EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF
  • Liaison with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirements
  • Perform full life-cycle recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, screening, selection and job offering
  • Manage end to end HR activities such as preparing new employment contract, resignation, promotion, confirmation of hire, warning letter and termination
  • To assist in performance management process e.g preparing performance appraisal form
  • Maintaining HR an up-to-date records in system
  • To manage monthly stationery and expense
  • Attend to renewal of company insurance for employees
  • Handle all functions relating to office up-keeping such as pantry, stationery, incoming calls, incoming emails, courier and etc.
  • Handling the employees monthly claim
  • Manage and maintain employees thumbprint record and compile month end employee attendance report
  • To perform any other operational and administrative duties

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 year (s) of working experience in Human Resources Administration and Office Administration
  • Candidate familiar with any SQL Payroll System have the added advantage
  • Candidate must be proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, both in speaking and writing
  • Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Highly motivated and able to work under pressure
  • MUST possess own transportation and willing to travel
