Job Description
- Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource and Administrative function including recruitment and manpower planning, compensation & benefit
- To monitor the employee’s attendance and in charge of payroll, monthly statutory submission e.g EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF
- Liaison with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirements
- Perform full life-cycle recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, screening, selection and job offering
- Manage end to end HR activities such as preparing new employment contract, resignation, promotion, confirmation of hire, warning letter and termination
- To assist in performance management process e.g preparing performance appraisal form
- Maintaining HR an up-to-date records in system
- To manage monthly stationery and expense
- Attend to renewal of company insurance for employees
- Handle all functions relating to office up-keeping such as pantry, stationery, incoming calls, incoming emails, courier and etc.
- Handling the employees monthly claim
- Manage and maintain employees thumbprint record and compile month end employee attendance report
- To perform any other operational and administrative duties
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration Management or equivalent
- At least 3 year (s) of working experience in Human Resources Administration and Office Administration
- Candidate familiar with any SQL Payroll System have the added advantage
- Candidate must be proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, both in speaking and writing
- Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Highly motivated and able to work under pressure
- MUST possess own transportation and willing to travel
